Smart Manufacturing: Predictive Maintenance for Toyota
Role: Lead Data Scientist
Company: Centurylink (Lumen)
Tech Stack: Python, TensorFlow, Power BI, MLflow
I built predictive models to identify quality drops in Toyota’s injection molding process. Using historical sensor and defect data, I developed an ML pipeline to predict when product quality might decline, triggering early interventions. The models helped reduce downtime and improve first-time yield by 18%.

Entire sessions are with good content designed to have a clear understanding of AI concepts. Even though time is limited, Ms.Jhansi could able to manage covering most of the algorithms with relevant case studies. I wish I could have a few more sessions.
